The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights. I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. Most of the questions i have attempted were directly or inderectly been discussed during the class. 5 of 5 5 of 5....very helpful approachable and commendable. Love the Service Team and happy to be part of the institute.

Trainer speech is very clear and easy to understand, he has a capability to conclude much information in a short time duration.Counselor is very Helpful and 24X7 support which is extraordinary, always replies with most appropriate details, and I am extremely thankful for her support.
