I was happy with the experience, because I had all the help I need for using the platform and I also found the site very easy to understand. It is very informative, I thank Ms. Sofia and Mr. Farhann as well on assisting me on my journey they are very professional. It's great value for money. I highly recommended them to my family and friends. Sofia is very professional and supportive counselor she assist me on all my queries and needs during my yellow belt and greenbelt certification. Thank you so much to the Service Team, I appreciate your coordination especially on my enrollment and certification process.

I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.

It is an amazing program, very well explained with easy to understand examples. All the counsellors and team are very supportive and helpful. Nice experience with and IMC. All instructors are very supportive. The way of teaching and clearing our doubts are appreciable. Under their guidance we learnt a lot of things theoretically and practically. I want to say thank you to all the instructors for their support and guidance. Ms. Soumya is such a amazing person. I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.

The training was very helpful, educational and provided a lot of new learnings and realizations. Shashi was an amazing Trainer. Rose has always been there with any concerns I may have had. Thank you Rose. IMC is the best.
