The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.

I believe a wide variety of topics were covered in a detailed manner over the course of the training. This was indeed a great opportunity and experience. Mr. Shashi Prakash was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. This program helped me improve how I analyze data in a more statistical way using minitab which will be handy for other future projects that I will manage. Ms. Zeba Fatima is very helpful and very responsive when I have clarification about the program.

The program was very good I learned a lot and the lectures time was suitable for me. Mr. Shashi was fantastic the way I received the information was simple and direct. He was very interactive with the class. Zeba is incredibly helpful. She responded to my questions and concerns very quickly and guided me during the registration as well as during the course. Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in a clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. Exceptional practical knowledge with the flair to teach & zeal & enthusiasm for his subject was remarkable. Mr. Suryansh was extremely accommodative & helpful. He was always forthcoming to help and assist with all issues even at odd times of the day. He was approachable, responsive and polite always. The program is great & so as their trainers. A lot of thanks to Mr. Shashi who made this tough course so easy. After completing this course, it made me feel like, even after working in the manufacturing Industry for so many years, I was missing a lot; that gets fulfilled only after this completion.
