Mr. Sashi is really a good trainer and even after the training he is still available for consultations. Ms. Rose is really involved with the learners lean six sigma journey. She makes herself available for inquiries. Thank you service team for answering all my inquiries.

The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Service Team is always approachable and accommodating.

The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. While IMC provides the tools, learning, it will be up for the trainee(s) how they will be able to grab on this opportunity and use it according to their needs depending on applicability. The trainer, Shashi Prakash, is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer, sharing the learning based on combination of theory and real life experiences. Very patient and willing to share his knowledge on the subject. Thank you, Shashi! Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)

Trainer is fantastic and the main thing is the quality of classes. My counsellor Mr. Suryansh is really supportive, he is a great person and mentor. Mr. Viplav and Ms. Soumya are mind blowing, hats off to both of them.

It was a great opportunity to do MBB with full support from the IMC team and especially from the trainer. IMC is one of the best platforms for certification and enhancing skill sets. I would definitely be recommended to my friends and colleagues.
