The trainers did a great effort, overall the records was helpful and adding more than one record with different trainers was really great and appreciated. The counselor Ms. Zeba was really great and very helpful she was always available for providing help and support just as quickly as within minutes or even less which gave me a positive perspective about the institute commitment towards the students. The program is very educational and informative, especially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting works of a company. The knowledge that I acquired will help me more to be confident in making decisions in the current role I have. The trainer, Miss Akther Jahan Khan is very knowledgeable about the Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. It is a good program and Mr. Shashi Prakash, lecture delivery style is so very nice and also he is very supporting Ms. Aylia is a very supportive person, she supports me at every step, very thanks to you IMC Service Team works very well, they upload lectures and videos on time, and if I any have queries they respond quickly.

Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us to infect it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest. I think the overall delivery of the class was great with very relevant real life illustrations used to help bridge theory to reality so thank you team IMC for supporting!
