The course was fantastic. The trainer is excellent, always willing to help and provide support. Ms. Sofia was a very supportive Counsellor and I would like to thank Michelle and all the Service Team for their support.

Very powerful session and the Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash explained everything in an easy way. Ms. Sampada explained and provide information with good study content. The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.

The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. Whenever I have concerns or issues raised through email, the Service Team made sure to resolve it BEFORE the expected delivery time. Something that should be appreciated.
