Mr. Lislal is an amazing mentor. Every time he goes to the ground level of the topic for better understanding and comprehension. His way of mentoring is very advance yet effective. He tries to resolve almost all query of the candidates. I am more than thankful to Ms. Arfa Shaheen who introduced me to this course. She never hesitated to provide any information related to the course. You all will think that I might be exaggerating but believe me it is true that IMC team responds to every query of student within minutes. They don’t let any of the candidate’s problem unresolved. The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!
