The trainer is very distinguished, his performance is great, he uses a simple style of understanding. He does not move to a point except after making sure that the trainees understand. Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

Topics and examples were very informative that can apply to different type of organization. She was coordinated and very responsive counsellor. I'm still grateful to IMC Team, they were very responsive and helpful.

The program is very straight forward and it tackles all the necessary items flawlessly The E-learning system is easy to follow and read through. The service team provides good support and the turnaround time for answering questions is very short.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!
