I have learned a lot from the program & trainer. I believe I am now ready to effectively and efficiently better my project management methodology. The program conducted by IMC was very helpful and Mr. Shashi Prakash's classes were very detailed. His explanation of the concepts and the ease with which he breaks down the topics helped achieve this feat. Ashmeen was very helpful and guided me at every step of this journey. She always encouraged me that i was capable of passing this exam. Michelle, Suryansh and the team were very helpful in sorting any clarifications from the trainer and scheduling these sessions.

The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process. The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

The trainer Rohit Virmani was excellent he also provided very good content. His training style was fantastic and he was very patient as well. The training coordinator Kritika is very good, very prompt and provides all required information - one improvement note - please provide training material in advance of the virtual training start date to enable us to prepare while we are undergoing training and improve coordinator between different departments.
