The program was designed excellently covering all the basics. Specially the trainer's notes are excellent. Mr. Shashi is an experienced trainer. The way he elaborates and communicates with the student explaining from zero level makes it easy for the student. Ms. Zeba was very supportive throughout the course. Honest to its commitment and course content. The quality of service was impeccable. Highly responsive to any issues. Determining to provide service even after the course expiry is highly appreciable.

Ms. Akhter training and guidance helped in understanding concepts easily. Amazing way of breaking down concepts. Her sessions were engaging. Would highly recommend her. James is an amazing person, kind and approachable. He has been very supportive and understanding until now. The servicing team is always at its best. Superb coordination and we'll organize team. The program is flexible that allows you to do the program at your own pace, with a given duration. All the materials and the Trainer were very helpful in the entire journey. It's not just pure lecture but with samples that allow interaction to further the learning and understanding of the topic/lesson Counsellor, Rose was very supportive since Day 1. Making sure that I am on track with the program/lessons that I need to attend. She makes sure that I get the right assistance whenever necessary.

Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

Mr. Viplav is very cooperative. He is always available to solve any doubts I had about the course and exams. A very polite and humble person to interact with. Thanks a ton. The service team is also responsive whenever needed any help. They managed to solve every query and responded in no time.

Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Keep up the good work.
