Mr. Shashi went out of his way by way of providing examples and problems which are happening in the field or actual scenarios that will be helpful at work. He sets up an environment that facilitates discussion; one where everyone can share their opinion in order to encourage discussions with everyone. Michelle knows how to establish a comfortable inquiry environment, and sets clear answers to questions from us in order to encourage positive group interactions. Announces the structure of the lecture before starting the webinar so that every member can have the same expectations.

Very good training and it helps lot to improve the knowledge. Zeba gave good guidance and she is more supportive. Michelle is very responsive and gave quick support.

Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. The training course was so flexible that I can finish the tutorial at my own pace. The modules are comprehensive and easy to understand.
