Initially I could not find time to attend classes, by as my Counsellor correctly pointed out by my counsellor Mr. Shashi's, style of teaching, practical examples, professional practical approach provided in during the sessions was great learning experience. The Trainer explained content very well with good practical examples. Surbhi Tiwari is very helpful, cooperative, prompt and friendly person.

The program was great and very helpful especially for me who is working on an engineering industry. Aside from my career advancement, the program helped me nurture my managerial and leadership abilities. Furthermore, it is very useful in improving our company's business process and sustaining quality improvement. Lastly, our trainer, Mr. Shashi is very accommodating and brilliant.

Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.
