The entire program is competitive and challenging yet very informative and worth it. I chose the self-paced to ensure that I will be able to manage my time properly. Material wise, it is excellent because everything that I need is available. The trainers are well verse with their craft. They are entertain and answer question that can be easily understood. Ms. Rose is always welcoming and I commend her for taking the time to always answer my inquiries whether it is about the course, the certificate and other related things.

The training plan, modules, and syllabus content for the “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” (LSSBB) is designed very nicely. The trainer Mr.Rohit Viramani has explained and covered each and every topic in detail. While explaining the concepts, the trainer shared real-life examples which really helped us a lot & this is the main aspect which I liked very much. The most important of all the training sessions were interactive; which made it an enjoyable & collaborative unique learning experience. Mr. Lislal is an amazing mentor. Every time he goes to the ground level of the topic for better understanding and comprehension. His way of mentoring is very advance yet effective. He tries to resolve almost all query of the candidates. I am more than thankful to Ms. Arfa Shaheen who introduced me to this course. She never hesitated to provide any information related to the course. You all will think that I might be exaggerating but believe me it is true that IMC team responds to every query of student within minutes. They don’t let any of the candidate’s problem unresolved. I was enrolled on web based training only then they informed me that I can join the virtual class. Grateful for that! I really admire Mr. Shashi's way of teaching. His format (arrangement of topics) of teaching made it easier for me to understand LSSGB, he is very patient also. Actually, watching Mr. Shashi's training is enough for me to pass the exam because he almost covered the necessary topics in the actual. Informative training from Ms. Akhter. Could use more examples and exercises for statistical analyses. Her expertise on the subject matter was apparent. She also was very eloquent and fluent in English.
