The trainer Rohit Virmani was excellent he also provided very good content. His training style was fantastic and he was very patient as well. The training coordinator Kritika is very good, very prompt and provides all required information - one improvement note - please provide training material in advance of the virtual training start date to enable us to prepare while we are undergoing training and improve coordinator between different departments.

The trainers are very knowledgeable of the topics and their experiences are reflected on the things that they discuss. I hope that there would be more examples of how these things can be applied in different industries. Schedule was a challenge as well but all in all it was a good experience.

The CLSSBB course is an outstanding course for anyone who wishes to enhance their leadership skills and climb-up in their careers. This course is impressive and interesting that it would not divert your attention from its initiation till the last day of the course. Despite the vastness of the course content, IMC has made it specific for easy learning and enables you to grasp as much as you want, both theoretically and with exercises on software. IMC has prolific trainers and I was amazed by the training method of Mr. Debasish Banarjee. I have taken the recorded classes of his 8 Days sessions and trust me it was as good as live virtual class. IMC staff has been extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the course and keeps you satisfied totally. I thank the entire team of IMC for their support. The trainer was really good and the way he explained was very precise and minute things were taken up in the session. Vaibhav was very helpful and motivated me for taking up the Six Sigma Certification. Overall Very Good.

Mr. Shashi Prakash has nice expertise in teaching and making them ease in our minds. He puts all his day to day experience and thoughts to explain the topics. Sessions were very energetic and informative. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. IMC service team were very prompt and responsive. Quick service was the upper hand of the IMC service team.

The training was very good and topics were explained in a very lucid manner. Methodology adopted by trainer - whatsapp group, LinkedIn posted questions to understand if the topic has been understood or not was very nice.
