Trainer Shashi were able to deliver the program very smoothly. He is very knowledgeable and his discussion are easy to follow. Despite the hectic schedule, I was able to follow-up through the recorded sessions which is very helpful. I am very thankful to IMC for this wonderful opportunity that they have given me. The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!
