The trainings and materials provided by IMC Institute are highly relevant and complete. I enjoyed listening to the Trainers' lectures and discussion among the class. They provided a comprehensive and interactive approach to learning. Also the self-paced program was really helpful for employees who are busy with their day job like me. The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.
