The program was very good and explained in a very detailed way. Ms. Vanshika was very good and have a good understanding of the courses. For me, she had listened carefully and then suggest accordingly. The service Team, they have done a great job.

It is wonderful Learning Lean Six Sigma with a highly professional person. Mr. Ehtesham Ahmad is one is the reason for joining IMC, he explains to me the details of the SIX SIGMA course and the benefits of the certificate. It was a great experience of learning the Six Sigma program with IMC and the trainer Mr. Shahi was an excellent, very knowledgeable person and taught the Lean & Six sigma concepts very well in a simplified way. At a glance it was just simply amazing experience. My counsellor Mr. Vijil was very helpful and was always there to provide the support promptly. Service Team's (Frixie) engagement and communication was really appreciable. They were keen to address common queries and individual concerns in the WhatsApp group and made available the study documents on time after each sessions.

I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. Most of the questions i have attempted were directly or inderectly been discussed during the class. 5 of 5 5 of 5....very helpful approachable and commendable. Love the Service Team and happy to be part of the institute.

Mr. Shashi Prakash was a very nice trainer with excellent knowledge and great in terms of teaching by using good examples to understand the courses. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan is very much polite, supportive and helpful. I am satisfied with the team always responding and being helpful.

During the twelve (12) days of thorough and well-organized training for PMP Certification preparation conducted by Mr. Prasad, the visual materials and discussion were very clear, interesting, and truly inspiring. I particularly enjoyed and learned the visual illustrations, which made the program, topic easily understandable. Mr. Prasad is very knowledgeable in Project Management, very clear when it comes to delivering the topics. He did everything to make the online class exciting.
