Mr Shashi is very humble and has a great presentation style. His method of teaching is phenomenal he has the skill of of letting his audience engaged in the coursework. Highly recommended. Sofia and Michelle are the best ones who goes extra miles to full fill the candidates expectations. Over all IMC is the best institute with great mentors and supporting staffs.

The program was intense and quite difficult but very well handled and delivered by the trainer Professional and very helpful as always. Much appreciated, her availability and professionalism are outstanding. Little to no interactions. Probably because the counsellor did a great job and there was no need for further support.

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

The program was very good I learned a lot and the lectures time was suitable for me. Mr. Shashi was fantastic the way I received the information was simple and direct. He was very interactive with the class. Zeba is incredibly helpful. She responded to my questions and concerns very quickly and guided me during the registration as well as during the course. The trainer is perfect, very organized, very skilled in the material, has a charisma and giving practical examples, conveying information with simplicity, clarity information about every and all matters. He answers all questions, the explanation is very professional. My counsellor Mr. Vaibhav is very helpful, and helping all the time till the last minute before the exam via WhatsApp and telephone.

The program was great and very helpful especially for me who is working on an engineering industry. Aside from my career advancement, the program helped me nurture my managerial and leadership abilities.
