The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.

The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective!
