The Trainer is an excellent guide and has helped in resolving all the queries, very informative sessions. Ms. Sofia very helpful and transparent, was taking feedback during the course to ensure if the candidate is satisfied with the course or does need assistance.

The program is well organized. The discussion made a significant impact to the learners as Mr. Shashi's insights that were driven from his experiences made it more interactive. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent.
