However, I think it would be helpful if he could slow down his speech and enunciate more clearly. I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background. The program was well structured and our Trainer Akhter also took us to each topic very precisely and efficiently so we could get the concepts cleared and then only move to the next topic. She was very interactive, and supportive and would answer even the smallest silliest doubts raised from our end. The whole course content has really enhanced our approach to problem identifying, analyzing the cause and finding a solution apt for it. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily.
