The program is very helpful and can enhance and broaden the knowledge of the trainee. Zeba has been very accommodating from the very beginning. She helped me along the way. The Service Team has been very helpful to our inquiries and request.

The trainings were easy to understand, informative. This is the most worth it class that I took. Counsellors are helpful and would lead to succeeding in trainings.

Mr. Pankaj is an excellent trainer and had definitely inspired the class to do their best. I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.

The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.
