I found Mr. Pankaj, the program trainer to be extremely knowledgeable and engaging. His ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner was impressive. The training sessions were well-structured and highly informative, which made it easy for me to learn and retain the information. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend training with Mr. Pankaj to others. Ms. Arfa was really helpful during this journey. whenever i had a query or was facing issues she was supportive and helpful. The system outlook was pleasant and easy to use.

It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. I did my LSSBB training with IMC. The course material provided is very informative and exhaustive. It was precise, relevant and organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash carries an in-depth knowledge of the subject. He made sure that the concept was well understood by the participants. The online sessions were very engaging wherein the trainer clarified any sort of doubts without rushing through the topics. Overall an amazing course. Mr Gaurav Bhardwaj, my counsellor gave a deep insight into the prerequisites and advantages of doing a LSSBB certification from IMC. He explained in detail the methodology adopted by IMC to impart such training. Besides, he was always available to guide in the right direction. The service team was apt in providing the technical support of uploading the course material and sharing the link for the same.

I would wholeheartedly thank Ms Vaibhavi for giving her full support during the process of the course she was very prompt and very quick to act when needed.
