The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. The program is great & so as their trainers. A lot of thanks to Mr. Shashi who made this tough course so easy. After completing this course, it made me feel like, even after working in manufacturing Industry for so many years, I was a missing a lot; that gets fulfilled only after this completion.
