Learning the Lean Six Sigma methodology is not an easy feat yet with the help of the well organized and simplified training materials, handbooks, trainer notes, simulations, case studies and training videos provided by IMC Institute Consultancy Services to their students make the learning process easier and exciting for each belt. The trainings and materials provided by IMC Institute are highly relevant and complete. I enjoyed listening to the Trainers' lectures and discussion among the class.
