I was always skeptical about opting for six sigma, but thanks to IMC and their professional trainers learning six sigma was like a walk in the park. I was able to clear the exams without any hassle. The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

During the twelve (12) days of thorough and well-organized training for PMP Certification preparation conducted by Mr. Prasad, the visual materials and discussion were very clear, interesting, and truly inspiring. I particularly enjoyed and learned the visual illustrations, which made the program, topic easily understandable. Mr. Prasad is very knowledgeable in Project Management, very clear when it comes to delivering the topics. He did everything to make the online class exciting.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before.
