Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. Mr Shashi is very detailed and never leaves a topic until everyone in the class understands the topic. Im truly impressed by his expertise on the lessons. I also genuinely enjoyed each class as he relates the ideas in the simplest examples to which we can relate and understand. The LSSGB program is really informative and useful for all kinds of industries. Rose has been the best support I can ever ask for. From enrollment up to the day I passes the exam. She's readily available to answer all my queries despite the difference in our time zones.

Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!
