My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. The trainer’s communication skills were excellent, and he was really prompt in clearing all my queries. The course demonstrates critical areas for improvements in management. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program is really well tailored for the enthusiasts who want to enhance their skill sets in today's technology. Counsellor Ayesha did a great job in providing the required study materials and recordings on time, she provided with were very helpful in preparing for the assessment, she continuously followed up with me for the best time I can invest for the study, according she arranged class invites

The Trainor are very accommodating and informative. Mr. Pankaj is very accommodating and professional also he is such a amazing person. he is very supportive and always available for us.. The course was very detailed, i can easily study the topics on my own phasing. And the instructors are very accommodating and professional . Michelle Oronan is my counsellor. She never see at clock when we want to talk she is always there. Always encourage us to enhance our knowledge. I want to say her thank you for her efforts and support. Whole team of IMC is very supportive. Service team has done a great job by compiling this latest and elaborate course and provided all recordings and other materials on time.
