The program is flexible that allows you to do the program at your own pace, with a given duration. All the materials and the Trainer were very helpful in the entire journey. It's not just pure lecture but with samples that allow interaction to further the learning and understanding of the topic/lesson Counsellor, Rose was very supportive since Day 1. Making sure that I am on track with the program/lessons that I need to attend. She makes sure that I get the right assistance whenever necessary.

The trainer was absolutely professional and they made sure that every aspect of the course is delivered with utmost quality. The program was sliced into digestible chunks and the explanations were given gradually The counsellor, Vanshika, has been of great help. Mr. Pankaj, delivered the knowledge in the best way possible and made the course interesting. Never felt bored because of his practical and realistic example based study approach. Ms. Zeba, always stood by the side for all the support and felt quite motivated to take the exam because of her positive attitude and response.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
