I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. I learned and enjoyed every minute. Thanks to IMC for a wonderful learning experience as well as my mentor Mam Zeba, for always being approachable and helpful.

The program(LSSYB) was awesome, even it was a basic & a first step toward bigger one; still learned so much here. The trainer Rohit Virmani did a great job. The session was of 5 hour, still it slided like a fine butter. "Mr Rohit you are the best". Miss Zeba was my counselor & she helped me a lot in every step. Via whatsapp, call or mails. Even on weekend she was there, when I raised my hand for help. A big Thank you to the Service Team too.

Would definitely like to take the opportunity to share the feedback. Firstly, Though it was an online program and not in-house, would strongly recommend your institute to others and the Training material was very helpful. Secondly, with no doubts I would say, your team is very supportive and quick in giving assistance whenever required.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!
