The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

Program was very well designed for all hierarchies whether it's a fresher, intermediate or an expert. Ms. Akhter is a wonderful trainer. She listens to each and every query of students and gives maximum real time examples to clarify doubts. My heartful thanks to her. Ms. Vanshika was always there to clear my concerns and assisted me throughout the course journey. Thanks Service team for an amazing training experience and providing valuable study material from time to time.

I Thank the trainer for a great course. His presentation style is great with lots of opportunities to ask questions. He used the appropriate word to explain the concepts clearly. I appreciate Michelle for always listening to my questions and making me feel comfortable even though it was my first time doing a certification. The program is well organized and so insightful considering the practical discussions other than the theoretical side of it. The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

Mr.Sashi Prakash provides clear view on what is Lean Six Sigma all about which can be of great value when applied to work and daily life , was knowledgeable with Lean Six Sigma and he was excellent in delivering the material so we can understand clearly. The service team was very accommodating and responsive on any queries.
