The Program was very successful and the Trainer Mr. Lislal Viswam, PMP was awesome!The Counsellor Ms. Zeba was very professional, helpful and accommodating. The Service Team and Ms Michelle was also very professional, helpful and accommodating.

My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!

I would like to thank Akther for the Meaningful training and best practice for Lean Six Sigma. I really appreciate the time and effort to give us some examples and insights on how we can improve ourselves when we are now in the Industry using LSS. I can now use this knowledge in my current organization to help eliminate the possible errors and improve our process and system where user level can easily understand and identify all the risks via LSS. Program was very well designed for all hierarchies whether it's a fresher, intermediate or an expert. Ms. Akhter is a wonderful trainer. She listens to each and every query of students and gives maximum real time examples to clarify doubts. My heartful thanks to her. First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.
