The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. With the help of IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash I successfully completed the LSSBB (Black Belt) course that I can apply to my current role in manufacturing industry. Mr. Shashi is a great trainer. The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.
