The fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma are well discussed as well as the course objectives and goals for Green Belt Level. I highly recommend this institution. The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

The six sigma training program is really a good investment considering the scope of learning it covers. All relevant information has been highlighted by the trainer ensuring the learners understands the topics. The theoretical approach of six sigma were covered in detail giving as well a balance on the hands-on approach on how the principles will be applied in our respective fields. Rose has been very helpful and answers promptly even on holidays and weekends. The tools and materials were given on time which makes the training hassle-free.

I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background. He also ensured that there's participation within the class as the questions being asked were answered clearly that helped us understand the topic more. Ms. Rose was very accommodating and made sure that I am able to enroll hassle free to the program. She also replied to my queries promptly may it be email or viber. The service team are very nice and good. All necessary information regarding the class program were delivered in advance.
