The Trainer is Excellent coach, explains well, he has good study materials on PPT and doc format, he has answered all our class questions and shows lot more live examples. Zeba is well experienced and Good in Mentoring students, faster in communication w.r.t proper link, guiding what to do when, without hassle. The program is well designed and put together. Easy to understand and follow. I would suggest that the tutors refrain from using languages other than English as it is distracting to learners. My facilitator, Faizan, was very very supportive during this process. He followed up on queries and questions within acceptable timeframe – even earlier. Always courteous and respectful.
