Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. It was a good traning full of infomation and was discussed and explained thoroughly by the trainer. Surbhi is very supportive and helpfull. And Michell is always at your step to assisst you with any issue faced.
