I am satisfied with the program for it was full of information necessary to equip us with the LSS principles. The course/lectures were clear and provided us with videos and other materials that helped/guided us throughout the whole duration of the course from simple to complex ones which is also a good thing. During the course, many real-life scenarios were given for us to better understand and relate to each topic and then apply these in our daily lives- may it be at work or personally. Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable in his field and knows what he is doing and talking about. He makes things that seem complicated to us be simple and relatable. He was also very engaging which can also boost your interest as the class went on. He was very patient as well in answering all questions and making sure no one is left in doubt. Glad I pursued and I am grateful for this opportunity. Hope I can take Greenbelt soon! Counselors were very accommodating and just one chat away. They made sure all my concerns were attended to and acted right away.

The program is well organized. The discussion made a significant impact to the learners as Mr. Shashi's insights that were driven from his experiences made it more interactive. Rose Ann de Luna assisted me well and checked from time to time all that I needed. Her way of assisting clients is commendable.

CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC. Informative training from Ms. Akhter. Could use more examples and exercises for statistical analyses. Her expertise on the subject matter was apparent. She also was very eloquent and fluent in English.
