The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving. Trainer, Ms. Akther Jahan Khan was very innovative in sharing her knowledge with easy examples to make the concept easily understandable. Mr. Viplav Sharma and Frixie have helped a lot and are very responsive. A special thanks to Mr. Viplav Sharma for getting me into this Lean Six Sigma course with his honest approach regarding the course details. The service team, especially Ms. Frixie was good at providing the services when and where needed. Appreciate her efforts and thanks a lot for always being supportive.

The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. Program is concise and very clearly instructed. Good introduction, but there are topics that were not covered or discussed thoroughly. Rose, my Counsellor is very good, her lectures are clear and points are well-demonstrated with understandable examples.
