It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.
