My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. The trainer’s communication skills were excellent, and he was really prompt in clearing all my queries. The course demonstrates critical areas for improvements in management. It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. It has been a fruitful and a rewarding experience with IMC and I sincerely hope that this would continue in the days to come as well. Best wishes.

IMC has conducted the complete training program online and on-site very efficiently letting students grasp the full depth of the subject. Mr. Shashi teaches very patiently and makes sure every student understands the concept.

I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.
