The trainer discussed very well about Lean Six Sigma and this program is very useful for improvement. Ms. Michelle is approachable and very responsive. Service Team they are very responsive by taking immediate action to my inquiries.

The CLSSBB course is an outstanding course for anyone who wishes to enhance their leadership skills and climb-up in their careers. This course is impressive and interesting that it would not divert your attention from its initiation till the last day of the course. Despite the vastness of the course content, IMC has made it specific for easy learning and enables you to grasp as much as you want, both theoretically and with exercises on software. IMC has prolific trainers and I was amazed by the training method of Mr. Debasish Banarjee. I have taken the recorded classes of his 8 Days sessions and trust me it was as good as live virtual class. IMC staff has been extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the course and keeps you satisfied totally. I thank the entire team of IMC for their support. I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. I learned and enjoyed every minute. Thanks to IMC for a wonderful learning experience as well as my mentor Mam Zeba, for always being approachable and helpful.
