The overall context of the course is well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. Ms. Mishelle is very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

The online course of Six Sigma Green Belt facilitated by IMC Institute was a great foundation and avenue for learning Six Sigma Green Belt. The program immensely demonstrate the critical area for improvements in management. It elaborates different scenarios and gives a complete dissection of the lessons being taught. Overall, the program exhibits a great and functional teaching environment with high standard on management and analysis. I experienced 2 counselors. First, I had V as my counselor. He is so responsive and does a great job in assisting me in my inquiries and problems. The next one is Sofia. she assists me with everything i needed. On top of that, she coordinated some personnel to help answering with my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with my counselors.

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.

Very informative and interactive training; placed emphasis on how to use concepts on real life examples. Gave confidence to participants by making them aware of the central concepts that are needed to make practical use of the lessons being taught. Helpful and mindful of the time and availability of the participant. very responsive and always ready to help out the participants.
