The training was so useful and well-planned. The trainer was so amazing and made sure that the participants understood the content so well. Mr. Pankaj was so professional. The Counsellor made sure all my answers were answered before i could make up my mind about the certification since I belonged to a non-technical background. The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma. The Counsellor is very knowledgeable and connects every topic to actual practice in the some businesses. The service team is very responsive they ensure to attend to my concerns.
