The program was well organized and the training material was ample and comprehensive. The trainer was a subject matter expert and the method of teaching was amazing. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is an excellent counsellor. She was very supportive and cooperative throughout my journey. The service team was good and impulsive.

Mr. Shashi is a great trainer. The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.

The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer.
