The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. The LSSBB program is adequately designed for professionals. Mr. Shashi Prakash has outstanding skills in LSS delivery. He has eased the complex calculations in simple steps which eases understanding at all levels. The response to inquiries was excellent. It will surely enhance my skills to excel in my career. Counsellor Aliya remained completely in touch throughout the whole process and is supportive. The service Team provided the Zoom links timely and ensured foolproof connectivity during the lectures.
