The program introduced me to basic information about lean six sigma and the DMAIC methodology, finding the root cause of problems, and sustaining improvement gains.

It was an outstanding experience we were privileged to have such a Lecturer as we learned a lot in a short period, I would recommend him for further training. Well detailed course contents. Trainer Mr. Pankaj poses good knowledge and good knowledge delivering technique also. He made course interesting because he holds many relevant experience. Amazing support from counsellor Ms. Zeba. Her immediate response is appreciable.

The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.
