The overall context of the course is well structured. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. His excellent guidance throughout the course help to achieve this LSSBB certificate. Ms. Michelle is always very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. This is the best online course I have taken on courses. The trainer I appreciate the effort to script each lecture. The course is very to the point and has a good structure and concise. I would like to continue to next course.

The program is excellent with great customer support that is religiously giving her utmost assistance. The training is clearly communicated with regards to the set-up, schedule, outline, etc. The trainer as well as excellent knowledge on the subject and the teaching strategy is great as well as giving practical examples.

The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt.
