The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

It was a great pleasure to attend the online sessions provided and the high level of care and follow up provided by Miss Michele and Miss Zeba. Zeba was really amazing as usual she helped me a lot and was available all the times i need support or assistance. Mr. Pankaj was really a fantastic trainer. His approaches to clear individual’s doubt is amazing. Sampadha was extremely co-operative always. In case of any difficulty during the course, she always stretched her supportive hands and the lead time were very minimal. Extremely good, supportive and co-operative. I would like to thank Mr. Suryansh Kaushik for his prompt responses always in case of any service issues.

Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us in fact it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest. I think the overall delivery of the class was great with very relevant real life illustrations used to help bridge theory to reality so thank you team IMC for supporting!
