The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. When I planned to take Six Sigma certification, I had a hard time choosing which school to apply for. I read a lot about online courses but a bit hesitant if it was worth it. When I inquired in IMC and talked to Ayisha, she helped me with the right program and timing to fit my work schedule. I liked how she understands my needs as a beginner student of LSSGB. I joined the virtual sessions aside from the self-study and the coach/instructor Sashi Prakash is really good.

Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!
