I attend training session of both instructor Mr. Sashi and Mr. Debasis. Both instructors explanations with examples really awesome. Ms. Priyanka is someone who can use compassion, empathy, respect and authenticity to form a genuine, trusting relationship with their clients. Great support by Mr. Suryansh, which is very important to businesses these days.

This chance and experience were very wonderful. Everything was discussed in detail and the course material was quite exact. The class was incredibly interactive and entertaining. Enjoyed a lot and was enlightening. The instructor might use examples from other businesses to clarify the notion. Ms. Aliya was a good counsellor she briefed me about the program in a very professional way. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. My experiences there have had a big influence on how I think and interpret things, and I always felt welcome there.

The LSSYB program was very informative. A lot of helpful principles and applicable learnings. The video was also crucial in ensuring that the learning was well understood. The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too. Surbhi Tiwari is one of the most humble human i have came across, always response and always helps in times of need and very easy to contact too. She helps out in every way possible and i believe she is and will be a great asset to the IMC team. And the Service team is very quick and very cooperative in all the steps and simple through out the entire process.
